Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve the App. The types of information we may collect include:

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Data Security

Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process data, you can withdraw that consent at any time. On iOS, you can manage app permissions by going to Settings > Privacy & Security on your device.
Opt Out of Analytics: You can limit data collection by adjusting your device privacy settings.

Tracking & App Tracking Transparency
OurWeek does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or measurement purposes. If we ever introduce tracking in the future, we will request your explicit permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before doing so, in compliance with Apple's guidelines.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as promptly as possible. International Data Transfers
If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
OurWeek will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice within the App prior to the change becoming effective, and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
