How to Cancel Your Subscription

OurWeek subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 2: Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.

Step 3: Tap Subscriptions.

Step 4: Find and tap OurWeek in your list of subscriptions.

Step 5: Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged again, but you will lose access to premium features when the period ends.

For refund requests, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly, as all payments are processed through the App Store.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open OurWeek, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.

I was charged but don't have premium access. What do I do?

First, try restoring your purchase (see above). If that doesn't work, contact us at dealsafeapp@gmail.com with your Apple ID email and we'll help resolve the issue.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the App's settings, or by emailing us at dealsafeapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
